These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sonabit. By registering an account or using any service on sonabit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sonabit ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise makes use of the services offered through sonabit. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used to reach the platform.
sonabit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address held on their account. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of sonabit after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and sonabit. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
1.1 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all circumstances.
1.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sonabit with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
2Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use sonabit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period during which your account is active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing sonabit from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sonabit or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been obtained.
- You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from sonabit for any reason without having received formal written clearance to re-register.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
2.1 Identity Verification
sonabit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to provide satisfactory proof of identity before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address dated within the last three months. Proof of ownership of the payment method used may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on sonabit. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If sonabit identifies that a User holds more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, please contact our support team at support@sonabit immediately.
3Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services available on sonabit, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
3.1 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must supply the following information truthfully and accurately:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- A valid, active email address that you own and have full access to.
- Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
- Your country and city of residence.
- A secure password of your own choosing (minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter and one digit).
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. sonabit will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify sonabit immediately of any unauthorised access.
3.3 Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. sonabit will not be held liable for service disruptions, missed communications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information provided by the User.
3.4 Account Currency
All accounts on sonabit are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No currency conversion is applied on the platform. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted exclusively in Taka. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations do not apply to sonabit accounts and that sonabit bears no responsibility for any currency-related considerations arising from your use of the platform.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
sonabit supports a comprehensive range of payment methods used widely across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on sonabit are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted connections and comply with applicable financial security standards.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits into your sonabit account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all supported payment methods.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your gaming account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
- Deposits made via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are credited within one hour of confirmed receipt.
- Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are credited subject to card network processing times, typically within minutes.
- You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for potential closure.
- sonabit reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal where a deposit method has not been previously verified.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳2,000 for bank transfer methods.
- Fully KYC-verified accounts have no maximum withdrawal cap. Unverified accounts may be subject to withdrawal limits until verification is complete.
- Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team within one to four hours for mobile wallets and within one business day for bank transfers, during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by our payments team in writing.
- sonabit reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Cooperation with such checks is a condition of withdrawal approval.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sonabit reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, until either the account balance reaches zero or the account holder logs in and reactivates the account. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5Bonuses & Promotions
sonabit periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Terms together with any specific bonus terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence with respect to that particular promotion.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30x) is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- sonabit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, sonabit will honour the terms under which the bonus was issued.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
- Where a withdrawal is requested before a bonus wagering requirement has been met, sonabit reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) from the withdrawal total before processing.
5.2 Seasonal Promotions
sonabit regularly runs promotions aligned with major Bangladeshi events and sporting seasons, including BPL cricket tournaments, T20 World Cup campaigns, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). Eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and prize structures for these promotions are published in the promotions section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
6Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
sonabit is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All game outcomes on the platform — across slots, crash games, virtual sports, and table game RNG titles — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. - In-play bets are accepted subject to the current live state of the event. Connection failures or delays on the User's side do not entitle the User to cancel or amend a bet already accepted by the system.
- In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencing, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that sport.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
6.2 Casino Game Rules
Each casino game on sonabit has its own individual rules and payout table accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. sonabit accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.
6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, sonabit reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No further compensation is payable in connection with a technical malfunction. sonabit will not be held liable for losses arising from network interruptions, server errors, or third-party game provider outages.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on sonabit. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment instruments, engaging in chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or attempting to defraud sonabit or its payment partners in any manner.
- Money laundering: Using sonabit to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of fair play.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or payment details, or attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
- Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at sonabit support agents or other members of the platform community.
- Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access sonabit services while under 18 years of age, or facilitating such access by a minor.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
8Account Suspension & Closure
sonabit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@sonabit. Upon processing your request, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable pending wagering requirements (if any) have been cleared. 8.2 Involuntary Suspension
sonabit may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
- Chargebacks initiated by the User against legitimate transactions.
- Discovery that the User is under 18 years of age.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring account restriction or closure.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — your right to access or use sonabit services ceases immediately. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method within seven business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
